Smoothie for constipation? |
I've been constipated for 4 days and today I am making a smoothie for myself. So far I am putting the following things in it: brown sesame seeds - are high in lecithin, vitamin C, E, and Calcium. They improve liver function and help in constipation if you're constipating, eat veggies, like celery. they're high in fiber and makes you poop better. (that sounds childish, but i t works! >.>) Magnesium and fiber...the 2 things that kick start you. |
