Smoothie for constipation?


I've been constipated for 4 days and today I am making a smoothie for myself. So far I am putting the following things in it: brown sesame seeds - are high in lecithin, vitamin C, E, and Calcium. They improve liver function and help in constipation
flax seeds - are high in fiber and provide bulk for your stools.
almonds - around 6-7 or more. They are high in Calcium, Phosphorus and have some B-vitamins. They are high in calories.
Blueberries and strawberries.

Anybody know what else I can put in it that will relieve my constipation.

if you're constipating, eat veggies, like celery. they're high in fiber and makes you poop better. (that sounds childish, but i t works! >.>)

Magnesium and fiber...the 2 things that kick start you.
