Question about blood screening results?

I am a 18yr male. I have low phosphorus counts (3.9mg/dL), high GGTP (34 IU/L), high cholesterol and triglycerides (266 mg/dL, 210mg/dL) as well as barely low percentage of lymphocytes (26.7%).

Any idea what could cause this? I was on accutane and drank alcohol occasionally, but could it be my diet? or a combination of both? Am I at major risk for anything?

the high chol and trigl are caused by diet and genetics. try to cut out salt and fatty foods.

Lymphocytes are often seen at sites of chronic inflammation. so i would take it that you do not have any inflammation??!!
Lymphocytes 50 -70

Phosphorus is an abundant element found in most tissues and cells. It is closely related to the calcium level with an inverse relationship. When calcium is increased, phosphorus tends to decrease and vice versa. Careful following of blood draw procedures are necessary because improper handling may cause false elevated readings. Phosphorus is needed for its buffering action, calcium transport and osmotic
pressure.
Phosphorus 3.2 - 9.8 according to this your levels are normal

on the GGTP or GGT
Moderate elevations in GGT result from drug damage to the liver from using barbiturates and phenytoins (anticonvulsants often prescribed for epileptic seizures) as well as liver damage from alcohol. A person consuming six or more drinks of alcoholic beverages per day regularly, will show moderate increases in the GGT level even in the absence of liver disease. The habitual alcohol drinker will generally have an elevated GGT. When the habit is discontinued it requires about two to three weeks for the GGT level to return to normal.

With the exception of the cholesterol, all your values are within normal limits. Triglycerides will flucuate with what you eat, and alcohol consumption from day to day. I can't comment on the cholesterol, because you don't specify the type measured (HDL, LDL, or total).
