My Shiz tsu just died, she had bloody diarrhea (maroon) an vomited several times over the past 2 days. help?!?

HER EMESIS WAS GREEN TO SEAFOAM GREEN. THE VET SAID SHE HAD SLIGHTLY HIGH PHOSPHORUS, WAS SLIGHTLY DEHYDRATED, AND A TEMP OF 102.6 ANYONE SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS? IVE GOT 2 MORE DOGS AND I DON'T HAVE A CLUE IF THIS IS CONTAGEOUS OR IF IT WAS GENETIC, OR JUST SOMETHING THEY GOT INTO OUTSIDE. PLEASE HELP IF YOU'VE SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS!

If her vomit was green, it sounds like anti-freeze poisoning to me. Animals will drink it because it is sweet, but it is very poisonous. Some people use it to maliciously poison someone else's animals. Make sure you don't have any laying around where your other dogs can get it. But it's just a guess.
