OCD, Phobias, Bathrooms, Smells, and Bugs?

i fear theres acid in the shower or something on its floor or that the steam (fan broke) will collect and pick up germs ill inhale and get on my body and will seap into me and thngs from my floor which i peed on and cannot clean adiquitly im afraid of cleansers. ive to wash out my eyes after each shower & must wash my hands before and after rinsing my eyes plus i must wash my hands before showering and when i touch the foccet to turn it on i have to wash them again & i have a situation where i have to readjust the temp so my eyes dont burn & go blind when im ready to wash my hair i have to wash my hands again cause of readjusting it but then im doing so dripping wet & it takes like 10 minutes to wash the hands. +Continued below+

& i have trouble eating cause things aren't packaged proper & look like theyve been tampered with but its everything every time, i throw away lots of food & i cant eat it if theres dots or things on the food like a seasoning out of place or something or that doesn't belong, a colour spec ect. i am afraid to take meds because any meds i take i get the side effects to the fullest extent possible minus death unfortunately. though it might only be imagined it is experienced nonetheless & every day its as if i have a brush with death like ive had a near death experience or just been diagnosed as having 2 hours to live. +continued blow+

excuse me sir but you chose to let it get this far it sounds like you are suffering from compulsive disorder i recommend you consult your dr, immendialty!

I think you should consult a good Psychiatrist as soon as possible as you are suffering from a couple of psychiaric disorders and only psychiatrist can better deal with your problems.

Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation
