i think arachniaphobia is the most well known
and the funniest is anglophobia (Fear of England or English culture, etc.)
why would anyone fear us?
whats ur phobia? I fear people. Like the philosopher said: "Hell is other people." Clowns. I've been afraid ever since I was little. The fear isn't nearly as strong as it used to be, but I am still afraid. my fear is driving on the highway {freeway} I don't have any phobias, but some of the spiders out there give me the hee-bee-gee-bees. Especially the juicy, hairy ones. Yuck.
I once came across one of those hairy spiders in my basement and it turned around and taunted me. It acted just like the lion on the Wizard Of Oz...."Put 'em up...Put 'em uuuuppp!" I had to get the gun for him. studentphobia and getting-in-front-of-the-classphobia I have achrophobia (fear of heights). Here are some other interesting ones for you:
