I am 26 and have had a throbbing, burning pain off and on in my left inner thigh......?

I went to the doc yesturday and helooked at it and told me it seemed to be supurficial phlebitis which is inflammation of the veins underneath the top skin. I asked him if it was DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) which is a blood clot that can be fatal if it travels to my lungs. He did no other tests on me just gave me some antiflammitory meds. I am a little scared, has anyone suffered with the same symptoms?

i have never had that but why don't you go to a different doctor to get his/her advice.
