Does anyone know of other medical conditions that mimic a pheochromocytoma?

24 Hour urine test was positive for catecholamines, episodes of increased heart rate, high blood pressure, followed by periods of no problems. MRI and MIBG scan negative for a tumor and Dr's say they have no answers. Anyone have any ideas?
