How do i lose weight when i have Pku (phenylketonuria) ?

i am a 15 year old girl , 5'3'' and i weigh 180 lbs and have a large structure. Please help!!!!

You must ask your doctor this question! I will say that most people don't have any problems if they drink water, stay away from sweets and junk food, and exercise. Ask your doctor if that is ok for your condition.
