Pku food ideas for 2 yr old?

my son is nearly 2 and i want to give him more of a variety for dinner (tea). everything he eats for tea contains pasta so any other ideas, including or excluding low protein products, would be appreciated.

just ask if u need more info...

he is not fussy (most of the time).
his tea is approx 10 units (around 3 to 4 grams of protein).

please only people with knowledge of phenylketonuria answer, or those who may have a useful site.

the least time consuming meals quick easy meals are even better, as there are other (non pku) family members to feed.

money isn't usually a problem..
