How do you get rid of pesticides from strawberries or blueberries? |
Well, any sort of berries which have not been grown organically that is. Apparently strawberries have the highest levels of pesticides in them among fruits. I recommend using Fresh Wash by Watkins. Pesticides, fertilizers and human handling can seriously contaminate fresh produce, shortening its shelf life and endangering your health. Fresh Wash is laboratory-proven to remove over 90% of surface contaminants and impurities. It gives your produce a much longer shelf life as well! It's made from humectants from fruits and vegetables so it is very safe as well. |
