Where can I get these shots and exams for my LPN registration? |
Today I attended the information session for the LPN course in my local Vocational Center, in Florida. They gave us a package with lots of things to fill out. When I got home I was reading all the paperwork and I had questions, especially about the medical part. I don't know where I can get these shots (tetanus/Diphtheria and pertussis Booster; Rubella Immunity, M.M.R. or Positive Titer Report; PPD Test; Hepatitis B Immunization); Hepatitis C Titer Date and results). I have no health insurance and I don't think I qualify for any government aid, so where should I go to get these things done? How much will I be spending? Thank you all so much! thank you, but I don't have children. I don't think I qualify (they say my husband makes "too much"... not too much to afford things though!) go to your local community clinic and ask they can let you know how much every thing costs. you can also inquire there about aid. I know in most states if you have a child in highschool or under the age of 18 you can get medi-cal(in california) medicaid(texas) type medical assistance. |
