How can you live with symptoms from 3 personality disorders?

I have been diagnosed with not one specific personality disorder, but with having some traits from 3: borderline, avoidant, dependant.

first of all IMO everyone has some borderline traits, especially people who grew up in a severely dysfunctional household. all 3 of these disorders have common characteristics. for example people who have BPD are usually very dependent on others but at the same time have trouble bonding.

you are who you are. you can accept these diagnoses and stay as you are or work hard to change what needs changing while recognizing what is good in you. make up your mind that you will outgrow this. it won't all change at once but you will feel more in control of yourself. good luck with the challenge. you have it in you to win this.

Well, the traits have a tendency to overlap a bit. Borderline is the spooky one.
What ever you do, stay on your meds. That is the most common problem people have that struggle with mental disorders. They all think they no longer need their meds. That is when the problems start.

Accept yourself.

Recently I've come to the realization that I'm not all that sane either.

2/5 of my family is diagnose BPD. I haven't mainly because I didn't need to be as a child and now as an adult, I can't afford doctors.

I am learning how to slowly change myself. It is possible.

All it takes is will power and being an adult.

But what has helped me is realizing that everyone is messed up. They may try to hide it but whatever.

The best way for you to learn to live with it is to accept yourself as having these things and learn how to unincorporate them from your life.

Your an individual. All flowers have some petals that aren't pretty .

never heard of borderline......avoidant can be fixed, my son recognized it himself and just got a self help book....dependent...well darling, a little hypnosis to take away your insecurities will allow you to be dependent on yourself and stand on your own two feet!

God's love, right?
