I know what the disorder is, and I've read the write-up entitled "Understanding Primary Personality Disorder" by Stuart Sorensen (includes overview from the reference book: ICD-10 Classification of Mental and Behavioural Disorders) so I'm not looking for that info.
I'd like to find more information on the causes, notable research, advancements in treatment, etc.
I'm also after some write-ups about past cases, and possibly even articles written by those who were treated for the disorder.
