Has long does peritoneal dialysis tube last? |
My mom is on peritoneal dialysis. I was told today that it usually last 5 years I was wondering if this was true.She is in the hospital now with some problems, Yes, the catheter (peritoneal dialysis tube) can last up to 5 years but, sometimes, needs to be replaced sooner.
