How much phosphate is removed on peritoneal dialysis?

How much phosphate is removed on peritoneal dialysis?

I'm sure it depends on a lot of things - the person and type of dialysis he/she is on being the most important.

The formula for the dialysis solution is determined by blood work prior to the procedure and then the orders of the Doctor to adjust the standard solutes.
