If so, how? yes smoking smoking causes the ischemia to the bloog vessels reaching to the periodantal area so...if there and irritants the periodontium cant defend its self so irritant causes more rapid destruction...calcium is important for 2 things ur bone build up since bone is always in state of remodling and calcium is also important for remineralization ur teeth as result of demineralization caused by bacteria from sweets smoking affects your immune cells, it drys your mouth. |
