"Internal shaking" - perimenopause? |
Have any women here ever experienced "internal shaking" or internal "earthquakes"? I've heard it is associated with perimenopause. It's like a buzzing or shaking internally. It is very disturbing. I am 43 years old. I wish it would stop!! I get tremors on the outside til mine starts from a few days before and people have accused me of bieng on drugs to bieng an alcoholic. But it goes away. |
