Help needed 4 perimenopause? |
I have found supplements n my health book 4 the condition. However 2 buy all three of them will cost 60 to 80 bucks a month. Can anyone recomend a natural supplement that is for fatigue and bad moods? During perimenopause your bodies hormone levels are beginning to change and can affect your mood. While there are different supplements you can take, I would suggest you also take a look at some other things you can do to "improve" your mood. First, if you don't currently exercise, this is a good time to start. You would be surprised at how exercise can help improve your moods and provide you with more energy. I am a firm believer that if you feel fatigue and bad moods you should, first of all, go for a general check-up including all blood tests. After you get your results and everything is found to be fine, I would start treating the perimenupausal symptoms. |
