Anyone going through perimenopause that has found a way to alleviate the depression and moodiness? Natural progesterone has been a life-saver for me! It has evened out my "moods", and I've been able to [almost] get off my anti-depressant. I'm going through this too myself and I take St John's Wort. You can get it at any HealthFood Store. I first started taking it for PMS as I found Evening Primrose did not help me. |
