Natural Remedies for perimenopause/menopause needed!? |
Any advice out there for natural remedies. I smoke so the meds they want to put me on shouldn't be taken and yes, I know I need to quit smoking. I am trying! http://www.dukemednews.org/news/healthti... Soy is said to be a blessing for these problems. Have plenty of it and you will have good results. I came across a article which said that Japanese women seldom have these related problems due to high intake of soya products in their diet!!!!!!!!! there are some but i wasn't really impressed with them ...one is soy ,either milk or bean or pill, the other is vit e and calcium and supposedly birch bark helps but i never tried it. You might wish to consider all-natural Menopause Balance Complex. |
