Is it perimenopause or something else? I have been feeling dizzy and depressed and feeling of doom.? How old are you? What is going on in your life? Are you experiencing extra stress over something? This could be what they call a panic attack. See your doctor asap if this continues at all. Wouldn't know. Have you seen your doctor? Go to the doctor immediately and get a workup. If you are depressed and feeling a sense of doom, that speaks to an anxiety problem that can be dealt with with therapy and possibly medication, like Prozac. GO TO YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY!! Seriously, you need to get checked out. Turn off all the electronics, put the beer down, and go have a good time. It will get better in about 2 mo. :) |
