What are the first signs of perimenopause and what age will I go through it?

What are the first signs of perimenopause and what age will I go through it?

There are many signs but what you may not experience all of them. They can be spotting between periods, water retention, boobs tender, crankiness, etc. The way I see it, its PMS that doesn't go away when you get your period. It doesn't last all the time either.
You won't know when you'll get it. It just kindof happens.

The signs differ from woman to woman but usually its hot flashes, irregular periods etc. What age will you go through it is a question no one can answer, every woman passes it at a different age.
