Treat menopause? What exactly do you mean by that? If you feel ok, no hot flashes, dryness of skin, vagina eyes etc. you exercise and eat sensibly, there is nothing to treat. If, on the other hand, you suffer from depressions, hot flashes, sleepless nights etc.etc. its time to treat these symptoms. I would definitely contact the gyn to be sure in case it is not that and something else you can catch it early...it sounds like peri to me but I am not an gyn I would at least call a nurse helpline...
