Can I take Omega 3's and Evening Primrose at the same time? |
I am taking them according to the directions on the bottle. Is there an amount that might be too much? I have been taking Omega 3's for some time, but started to take the Evening Primrose to relieve menopause/perimenopause symptoms. Yes, most definitely. If you look at Udo's Oil Blend at the health food store, you will see it mixes Omega 3 flax oil with evening primrose oil (which is an Omega 6). Udo recommends taking two times ad much Omega 3s as Omega 6s. Most of us, however, get way too much Omega 6s through cooking and salad oils. |
