Perimenopausal at 30?


Starting several years ago, my body has gone from healthy and energetic to drained of energy, overweight and feeling completely screwed up! Every doctor that I have seen, says that there is nothing wrong with me. From my own research on all of my symptoms, I feel that my hormones are out of balance and may even be at the beginning of perimenopause! Is this possible? I want to become pregnant next year, but I don't feel well enough to do so. I don't think I can blame my problem on birth control because all of this started before I began using it. I have even been told that eating tofu is the cause.

Is there a special diet I can get on? Is there some supplement that I can take? How do I stop this? I feel totally out of control over my body!
