Can anyone help me with my sports enhancing drugs thesis?

I am writing a paper about sports and the use of performance enhancing drugs. I already turned in 4 different thesis but the teacher keeps telling me those will not work for a persuasive essay. I am thinking of writing why those types of drugs should not be allowed.

while performance enhancing drugs have early benifits,(name the benifits), in the long run it will lead to many negatives (list some of the things that are bad about it)
