What kind of genetic problems? Can you be more specific? Uh, should they really be procreating, in that condition?? Usually for people who are weak or ill (diabetes, old age, heart problems), this is a symptom of a larger problem that should not be masked. Well it is a trend to move away from performance enhancing drugs and seems to be moving to Gene doping which is totally undetectable. In the future we will be altering and treating genes.
