Pimple problem!?

How do you get pimples on your back and how do you get rid of it?

I'm not on performance enhancing drugs

I use to get them all over my shoulders and back whenever I ate chocolate.

Easiest way I found to get rid of them was to take some cotton with alcohol on it and rub over my back. (Obviously much easier if you have someone to help with that).

A lot of people think that would burn but it really doesn鈥檛, unless there are cuts or other open areas on your back.

of course i also stopped or cut down on the chocolate to keep them from comming back.

you can use the stuf u use on ur face like proactive.
i hear if u put tooth paste on it it helps too.

Also...keep your body skin clean every day and be careful not to trigger acne or rashes by wearing very tight clothing or heavy backpacks. If you feel your clothing, backpack or purse is causing you skin problems, then start thinking about alternatives.

Also, the AcneFree system and SevereAcne formula - from Wal-Mart, CVS etc (~$25 for soap, two creams) works really well. It is compared to ProActiv but I think it works better. I have had acne on my back for years, and I have taken accutane twice. After the 2nd round, it came back and that is when I found this stuff.
