i eat too much of supari ..that could be reason for irritation inside mouth ....?? and when i eat mirchi i get pain in stomach ??

You have answered yur own question. Stop both the addictions. You will not have any problem.

If you eat too much of anything than of course there will be problems. Whether or not the two or directly connected, not really sure about that. Also if you eat something that causes you pain you of course need to stop eating that.

Mouth inflammation may not bcoz of supari bt cn b its indirect effect..generally its not related to peptic ulcer.bt those who smoke or take tobacco r at risk...also spicy food.u shud stop supari or at least dnt take too much.pain in stomach aftr eatin mirchi may b bcoz of ulcer bt there may b another conditions also.or may b js initiation of a pathological condition.mirchi coz increase acid secretion from stomach.
Major factors causing peptic ulcer r spicy food,smoking,sepsis....means infection...

no they r not connected.mouth inflammation is coz of supari whereas mirchi cozes aggrevation of peptic ulcer.both r different things.
peptic ulcer is cozed by bacteria not mirchi.mirchi just adds like namak on ur jakham (hahaha)
