I suffer from peptic ulcer disease and whenever i take cocoa or eat brown bread, i get a dull headache on the frontal part of my head. What would be causing this headache when i take cocoa or brown bread? Please assist me.

food dye in the bread-cocoa is chocolate,not good for migrane sufferers-so both can give you headaches-not related to ulcers,except if psychosematic(then not real)SO ASK YOURSELF THIS what in life,can't i stomach that gives me a pain in the head(that makes me unable to think straight)???

f you get headaches with cocoa I would think some Chocolates would give you headaches as well. I wouldn't think there was any correlation from the peptic ulcer disease. Many post-menopausal women get migraines from ingesting chocolate or cocoa.

I think that you need to live like Buddha: to live without need and desire. You may make your health degeneration slower.

I thing that your headache may not disturb you much, you can ignore this symptom. Don't worry of more severe complication ;;as long as you seek no meaning and greatness in life, you will be healthy. For you are a state of business and joy: nirvana.
