Could the peptic ulcer cause a pain in the right upper abdomen? |
I did many test blood work and ultrasound and I was positive for H pylori but the pain looks like a gallblader pain even though they rolled out the stones . any idea It could be peptic ulcer pain, sometimes , pancreatic pain msy also mimic ulcer pain and could only be ruled out after certain blood tests and thorough clinical examination In that area, I would be thinking gallbladder. Are you having any right shoulder pain, too? Typically an infected gallbladder has referred pain to the right shoulder. |
