How is Peptic Ulcer bacteria spread?

Is it airborne, foodborne or some other way?

Helicobacter pylori- the causitave agent in most peptic ulcer flare ups have been isolated from saliva as well as stool cultures, but it is really a mystery as to their exact mode of transmission.
So dirty hands to mouth or dirty hands to food to mouth would be my guess, but as saliva carries them as well, it could very well be coughed on you also.

im not sure... i know its very prevalent though, too prevalent for you to avoid unless you live in a bubble... about half of people have it- its just that most people dont have enough of it to cause an ulcer. H. Pylori is what the bacteria is called, do a google search on it

h pylori....its spread in normal indiviuals is about 80 percent.it is spreaded by oro oral route ...oro facel route and also by uncooked diets
