DO u have for peptic ulcer disease? How do u care for it?

I have recently been diagnosed with ulcers. Those who have them or know about them, do you have any useful pointers on how I should care for them?

Please see the webpages for more details on Peptic ulcer.
Certain foods and lifestyle are considered to promote gastroesophageal reflux:
Coffee, alcohol, and excessive amounts of Vitamin C supplements are stimulants of gastric acid secretion. Taking these before bedtime especially can promote evening reflux. Calcium containing antacids are in this group[3].
Foods high in fats and smoking reduce lower esophageal sphincter competence, so avoiding these tends to help, as well. Fat also delays emptying of the stomach.
Having more but smaller meals also reduces the risk of GERD, as it means there is less food in the stomach at any one time.
avoid eating for 2 hours before bedtime
avoid soft drinks
avoid chocolate and peppermint
avoid spicy foods
avoid acidic foods like oranges and tomatoes (however, they are okay when fresh.)
avoid cruciferous vegetables: onions, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, brussel sprouts
milk and milk-based products contain calcium and fat, so should be avoided before bedtime

One thing that I have found useful is to not eat spicy foods when I can feel that my ulcers are "acting up". I also work on stress relievers as stress can lead to ulcers. I know that I was put on a very strict diet for awhile (no spices, no citrus foods, no salt, no ketchup, etc...), so you might want to talk to a doctor about what you should or should not eat. Good luck, ulcers suck but people live with them every day.

The doctor will probably prescribe a medication such as Zantac, Nexium or Prevacid. Be sure to take it as directed. It would be good to limit your intake of acid foods that you know bother you. Also limit carbonated drinks and as much caffeine as possible. Feel better soon.

RECIPE:
-Tequila
-Matches
-Bridge(with a clean river preferably)/

You have to buy Mexican tequila, put a little bit in your belly and light a match. If it burns you out, then jump the bridge.

Hope it helps!.

-avoid spicy food.
-take food in small amount n more frequently
-avoid fasting
-avoid eating papaya, uncooked green vegetables
-avoid having medicine without anti ulcer drugs (ranitidine, omeprazole)
-take medicine as ur doctor prescribed routinely
-dont get dishurted it is not harmfull or uncurable disease
by taking medicine and following the advice u can be even forgot that u have such disease
