Can i drink when i have peptic ulcer? |
Can i drink when i have peptic ulcer? No, unless you want to make it worse. Drinking is very hard on the system. no, you should not drink alcohol. it will only irritate your stomach more, and make your symptoms and your ulcer worse. It's best if you don't drink when you have a peptic ulcer. The only thing that'll happen if you drink is that further erosion (peeling away bleeding) will happen to that ulcer then you'll need surgery. Avoid drinking, and take your medicine. No. You will kill yourself. yes you can but you know very well you shouldn't. Keep doing it and you won't have any stomach left at all. Or do it for the thrill of lots of pain. You can, but you shouldn't. It will only aggrivate your ulcer and make it worse. Not Alcohol of ANY kind! Anything acidic is also of possible detriment... you're going to have to keep ingesting foods that help your stomach heal... cream of wheat, oatmeal, etc. Bland foods only if you want to get the ulcer to heal as quickly as possible. |
