How how to control severe peptic ulcer?

blood comes out of stool. 24 hours continuous pain n loss of weight

You need to go to the emergency room NOW!

Only a doctor can judge the amount of blood loss to determine whether it is life threatening -- and they are in the best position to determine the origin of the blood. (People do DIE from this!)

Here is what they might do:
a) Use an endoscope to look inside your stomach (a device is threaded from your mouth, down your throat and into your stomach). (This may require pumping it first -- by far the least pleasant part of the whole deal). You will be sedated for the scope.
b) Using the scope, they might take color photos and tissue samples. Any active bleeds they can use the scope to either cauterize or inject epinepherin -- these will both reduce the rate of bleeding.
c) Use other imaging techniques (such as an x-ray with contrast) to try and determine the location of bleeding. While emergency surgery is infrequent in these cases, it is possible.
d) Administer medications. This would likely include an IV proton pump inhibitor (PPIs) and perhaps some pain meds. (After discharge, you will have some follow up PPIs.)
e) Perhaps give you blood depending on the amount lost.
f) Depending on the biopsy samples, they may also direct you to take an antibiotic(to combat the bacteria that can cause ulcers).

Your doctor should go over all of this with you but what you have is potentially a medical emergency. You need to seem THEM and not yahoo answers.

You need emergency medical attention.

Weight loss and blood loss are important signs that something that requires surgery may be wrong with you.

DO NOT DELAY GETTING TREATMENT.
