Why milk is not good to take if person has peptic ulcer?

Milk is an alkaline, however, it causes the stomach to actually produce more acid (The stomach is very acidic and doesnt want any alkaline in his environment). So, to compensate, more acid will be produced, making your peptic ulcer worse!!

Of course it is good. Milk is alkaline. Avoid acidic foods. Peptic ulcer is caused by a bacterium, helicobacter pylori. Take treatment for it, i.e. co amoxiclav or clarithromycin along with metronidazole and omeprazole for 14 days.
