How do the physiological effects of anxiety affect someone with Peptic Ulcer Disease?

Any doctors, nurses or students able to help me out with this one? I'm kind of stumped. Thanks!

The ulcer Problem,My Dad suffered with them,until a Bacteria
called H-Pylori was cause,14 day treatment.

I see doctor about two times year,this is to see if Thyroid
Medicine is ok,The Dr"s Nurse called me last fall and said I had H-Pylori Bacteria,I didn"t have Stomach pain,any way
Prescription was called in I picked it up,I thank it was three Pills day 14 Days.
This Ulcer causing Bacteria can be found with Breath Test Or Blood Test,I knew Person that had part of stomach removed
because of Ulcer,You sound like ,You may need to have this 5 Min test done,Peptic Ulcer is what Dad suffered with for 50 yrs Cure came along when He was 65,No more sick from Ulcer.

I'm not a doctor or a nurse, but I am a student, and I used to get ulcers all the time, and it was due directly to my anxiety!

According to my family physician, the ulcers are caused by chemicals that your stomache makes when you get anxious or stressed. I'm not sure if this is what you're referring to, we haven't studied Peptic Ulcer disease yet, but if you try to cut out some of the stress and eat less acidic food (i.e. oranges, dairy products) it can really help.
