recentley my physical imperfections, deformities and health are really starting to worry me.
im 30 years old, im slightly overweight....i live alone in a one bedroom apartment....i have alot going on.
in pursuit of therapy.
in need of moving, relocating to a nicer part of england until i can move back to europe.
ive been having alot of increased thirst recently, i cant remember exactly when it began...but im also frequently urinating to....so ive been to the doctors, and undergone a glucose test for DIABETES.....the results arnt back yet...so im worrying about it.
ive been reading on the net that diabetes can cause all kinds of complications...make you go blind etc.
this terrified me.
ive been refered to a dermatologist because i have cracks & fissuring in the skin on the head of my penis..so im wondering what that is...& can they be cleared ? or is it the skin disorder lichen sclerosis..
im bald...have torn ankle ligaments that need surgery..i can easily twist it. tired, aching limbs and joints.
i have 2 missing teeth, front, bottom row.
i have a crooked little finger due to an injury.
im sat here tonight, worried and overwhelmed about it.
i have no one to talk to as ive never made any social contacts
in life ever......never had a spouse or girlfriend all because
of my problems ive had.
so im sat here tonight worrying myself to death.
i.e ' what if i have this..? ' ' what if i have diabetes? '
how will i reach my long term goals of moving back to europe.

I also worry a lot about my health problems constantly...and I've gotten through it !! :)
And I also have BPD so I can very much understand !!

.....about that.....
yes.....one problem CAN cause another.....but these things are not something that's i REAL at this point.
I can walk down a sidewalk and someone could swirve off the road and hit me with their car......but I'm not going to sit here and never walk again becuase of that fear.....becuase I have no proof that that's going to happen.
Don't worry yourself over "maybes" ..... so.....try not to worry about problems that you 'might' have. The category is mental health, if you write bpd practically everyone is going to think it's Bipolar Depression... I hate me too. To go on I think about what is good about me. If I sat here thinking about all the bad things I would go loony! I mean Im older, divorced, fat as a house, too lazy to diet ( see I blame no one but me) and in general I am alone. I have 3 sons that although they wont admit it are embarressed by me.
I could go on but its making me depressed. Instead I try to do things to keep myself occupied. One is trying to help people here. I have made some online friends I chat with .
If you have diabetes, it has your entire body messed up until your sugar is under control. There is no sense fretting until your doctor comes back with results. If you do have it , listen to him and do everything he tells you . Diet and excercise are very important.If you are healthy your depression will ease up. Then hopefully you will be able to get out and enjoy yourself,
