Pelvic cramping / other symptoms? Please help!?

About two months ago, I started having minor cramping in my pelvic area. It would come and go, and I didn't think anything of it. I had blood in my urine twice in two months. Three weeks ago, the pain in my pelvic area got worse...it's usually just a feeling of pressure, but sometimes its a sharp pain. I pee alot, but I drink alot of water. Yesterday when I urinated, it made the pain in my pelvic worse and it did that all day yesterday. I'm worried it could be a urinary tract infection, but I don't really have any other symptoms? It's getting painful and I'm getting worried...any ideas? Oh and I just went to the gyno and had a pelvic exam...found no problems with the exam.....and they ruled out pregnancy. There was blood in my urine a couple days ago too...also had blood in my bowel movement last month once or twice.... I have a doctor appt in 3 days, but just seeing if any one has any ideas.

PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO SEE A DOCTOR....i have my appt already....just seeing if anyone has had this experience, or knows anything that can help me. thanks!

well, i am having pelvic pain now going on 2 months. it started with a UTI. i had some blood when i urinated and pain, now i still have just the pain and no uti. i understand your worry. when you do go to the dr's you need a urine culture done and get a pelvic and vaginal ultrasound done. some dr's take things slow, be persistant on what you want. i would also recommend having a stool sample taken and blood drawn. you need to know these things because if not you will be going back and forth good luck i think you have a uti--drink--drink--drink
