Endometriosis can actually only be truly diagnosed by having a laparscopy. It is a minor 1/2 hour surgery where they look around and if they find any endometriosis, they will remove it or burn it with a laser. Endometriosis causes all the symptoms you're describing. It is a very common ailment and is treatable. However, if you do have it you want to take care of it because it can cause infertility. Go to an OB/Gyn and talk to him/her about your symptoms. Ask about endometriosis. For a look at endometriosis, try http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/Endom... Sounds like you need to see a specialist ~ could be a number of things ~ Go have a complete physical and have a internal exam ~ There is a reason for the pain ~ AND i would NOT settle for anything less that someone finding the answer ~ |
