Pelvic Pain worries.? |
I am 30 years old no kids. And I have been having lower pelvic pain on an off for over a week I have had a frequent urge to urinate almost every hour at night but that went away completely. 4 years back I was diagnosed with 2 very small fibroids at the top of my uterus and ovarian cysts and since then I was never bothered by it at all dont think its the fibroids because the pain is buy my ovary and why would my uterus be enlarged. I have normal periods on time and hardly any cramping. I went to the Gyne office today I have a negative pregnancy test. But when he did the pelvic exam he told me that my uterus and ovaries were both enlarged and I have an ultrasound scheduled the day after tomorrow. Im worried it might be something serious and I want to have kids!!!!!!! Well, fibroids are benign tumors, but they can grow and so can ovarian cysts. Ovarian cysts can burst too and be very painful from what i have heard...Uterus could enlarge if lots of fibroids ..... You need to talk to the specialist as he has most of the answers. You wont know anything until you have the ultrasound.Hope all is well and I will pray for you. THI SOUNDS LIKE( ENDOMETIOSIS),ALTHOUGH YOUR ULTRASOUND WILL SHOW THE SIZE OF YOUR OVARIES AND UTEROUS!,I HAD IT ,THEY CANNOT SEE IT ON ANY TEST ,YOU HAVE TO HAVE LAPROSCOPIC SURGERY, TO SEE IT , IT IS SCAR TISSUE , THAT GROWS LIKE A VINE IT WEBS AROUND ANYTHING ,I HAD THIS ,MY OVARIES WERE THE SIZE OF GRAPE FRUITS ,AND THEY WERE NOT FUNTIONING,I HOPE THIS IS NOT EHAT YOU HAVE ,YOU WANT TO HAVE KIDS,IF THEY CANT TELL WHAT IS WRONG ON YOUR TEST ,ASK ABOUT ENDOMETRIOSIS IF YOUR OVARIES ARE FUNCTIONING THER IS SOME KIND OF MED ,TO TRY &SHRINK IT ,I HAD A FRIEND ,SHE COULDNT GET PREGNANT,SHE HAD THAT LAP- SURGURY SO THEY COULD SEE FOR SURE IF THAT WAS WHAT SHE HAD,SHE DID! SHEE TOOK THE MED TO HELP SHRINK IT &SHE HAD A BABY,BUT ONLY ONE IT CAME BACK WITH A VENGENCE,SHE HAD TO HAVE THE SURGERY TO REMOVE IT ,DONT WORRIE TOO MUCH I KNOW HOW HARD IT IS ,IT DONT HELP ANYWAY!!YOUCOULD HAVE A NUMBER OF THINGS WRONG,IT DONT MEAN ITS CANCER ,IM SURE THAT HAS ENTERED YOUR MIND ,IT COULD BE SOMETHING THAT IS EASILY FIXED,I WISH YOU THE VERY BEST WITH YOUR HEALTH PLEASE POST WHAT THE DR. SAID I GUESS I WANT TO KNOW FOR ALOT OF REASONS,BECAUSE I CARE,AND IM ALMOST CERTAIN I HAVE IT BACK AGAIN,I HAD CERVICAL CANCER AT 23 AT 24 I HAD BOTH OVARIES REMOVED ,I HAD 2 KIDS 2&3 I WANTED MORE AND THIS DESIESE TOOK THAT FROM ME,I DONT WANT THAT TO BE YOU,THEY LEFT AN OVARIAN REMNANT INSIDE ME 20 LATER IT IS THE SIZE OF A NORMAL ONE,MY INSIDES FEEL LIKE EVERY THING IS TIED TOGETHER,,I DONT HAVE A TEST SCEDULED YET ,YOUR SYMPTOMS REMINDED ME OF MY OWN, GOOD LUCK &GOD BLESS!!YOUR FRIEND KATHY A |
