Pelvic pain? Discharge?

Okay, i was treated for gonorrhea and chlamydia about 2 1/2 months ago. The discharge is still here. I went back to the doctor about a week ago. And i got a pap smear. She nurse said that i had a yeast infection, and told me to just go to a drug store/walmart or whatever to get some infection products. So i went to walmart and got that monistat 3 with the 3 stick with the cream in to put up the vagina. And my last day using the last stick was Sunday dec 2nd. Okay now its december 5th, and im still having this yellowish discharge, and i cant quite say severe pelvic pain, but pain thats really uncomfortable. What all could this mean, tell me everything you know, or link me to a site that explains all of this to me if possible.

it doesnt seem like the gonorrhea and chlamydia is gone. its been two months the doctor told me it should clear completely up less than two weeks. (depending on how long i had the std's)

You might have PID, here's some info:

ok, most likely your original infection has not resolved. The antibiotics caused the oppurtunistic yeast infection. I would go back to the doctor and demand a culture and sensitivity test, also have him start you on empiric antibiotic therapy and look a antiobiogram concerning resistant strains of N. Gonorrhea.

try talking to ur dr. again
