Pelvic Ultrasound?

I went for a pelvic ultrasound today and as I was watching the screen the technitian typed "SAG" a couple of times. I've been having quite a bit of discomfort 'down there', hence the ultrasound.

Some of the other codes were "RO" and "LO" which I assume are right & left ovary. When I looked up SAG the only thing I could find was something called a sag uterus.

Do you know anything about this condition? My mother had it and it flared when she was my age (late 20s), so can it be genetic?

Does anyone know anything about ultrasound codes? Can SAG mean anything else? Do you know any other codes?

10 points for best answer!

Thanks

SAG also stands for sagittal view.
