Pelvic Pain?

I decided to stop taking my birth control this month. I have not taken any BC pills for 3 weeks now. For about a week I have had a pain on the right hand side of my pelvic region. It's an internal pain that hurts when I am walking. I can also feel some sort of a lump internally. I plan on going to see my doctor. But in the mean time, does anyone know what this could be?

Could possibly be a reaction to coming off the pill but the doctor will try to help you figure out what's going on to rule out things like endometriosis and even cysts (which can sometimes cause pelvic pain depending on their size).
