What does my pelvic CT scan results mean?

I recently had a Abdominal and Pelvic CT scan done. My gastroenterologist thought I had some bowel problems but it turns out it's in my uterus. My Pelvic CT results said "Inhomogeneous attenuation within the unterus suggesting the possibility of underlying myomatous change". I go to my gynocologist May 21st but I am just trying to get an idea of what all this means.

-It may be normal and an artifact on the test
-It may be a fibroid that is a benign tumor of the uterus. You will need a gyn exam for the size. If you do not have problems with the fibroids dont fix it
