Any Pediatrics or doctors on here? Is this normal for my age? (fitness related)?

I am 15 years old as of a few weeks ago, I weigh 138 and i am 5"6. I can run one mile in 7 mins and 26 seconds. I can do 57 sit ups in 2 minuets. Is that the normal fitness area I should be in? How many push ups, situps, and miles should I be able to do at my age? Im wondering because I want to go into the army when im older and I need to know if I am in shape. ocording to what i told you, what would you say?

It doesnt matter your age persay. For someone thats physically in shape you should be able to run a mile in 5 to 51/2 minutes. 25 situps per minute. Height and weight is good. Try to stay within that weight.

It sounds to me that you are in wonderful shape. You run a decent mile for your age, weight, and fitness level, and you can do a decent amount of sit ups. You could probably do about three miles nonstop, but your situps are okay, and probably about 40 pushups.
