My daughter two skin tone-pediatrics?

My daughter's legs are two different skin tones. There is a section that's darker and the rest is lighter compared to her body overall skin tone. She is light fair skin looking.

That is unusual, but probably not a problem. Has she been this way since birth?
What kind of skin tone difference is it? Might it be that the one leg is in the sun more than the rest of her?

If you are worried about it, I would talk to either a pediatrician or a dermatologist.

Could it be Vitiligo?
