Why is Atropine Contraindicated in Pediatrics?

It's not. Atropine is given to children suffering from bradycardia (low heart rate). The dose is 0.02 mg/kg IV every 5 minutes as needed.

There are other uses as well, such as an antecdote for certain poisonings.
