How do I lose weight but by being healthy?


I took a quiz online.... http://pediatrics.about.com/cs/obesity/l... asking if I was overweight and it said that I am at risk of becoming over weight. I want to lose about ten pounds. I don't want to be unhealthy though. If you have an idea. PLEASE SHARE as soon as possible

Cut out fast foods and junk foods! Learn to cook and cook from scratch what you want to eat. Try to fill up on vegetables and fruits, then eat your meat. Eat healthy carbs like brown rice and natural wheat bread. If you like pasta, then make sure to put a lot of veggies with it. Finally, stop eating before you are really full and don't eat unless you are hungry. And of course, find some kind of excercise you will enjoy and start by doing it for short periods of time every other day or so, then increase the time and frequency of excercise.
