Can anyone help me find a doctor in the Las Vegas area?

I'm new to the area and am looking for a doctor that performs in a group practice. I'm hoping to be able to find a doctor that works with an OBGYN, Pediatrics, General practice and maybe even a Dermatologist. I grew up in the Kaiser system where everything was in one building and I am hoping to find something similar to that even though I am no longer with Kaiser. Hopefully there is something in the southern Las Vegas area so I don't have to drive too far. Can anyone help me?
